1. Services
We provide custom picture framing, mounting, glazing, canvas stretch, and related atelier work. Descriptions on this site are indicative; the final specification is agreed when you select materials in the shop or by written confirmation of a quote.

Quotes are based on the dimensions, materials, and finish discussed. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and leave the artwork (or approve production from agreed measurements). Prices include Dutch VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
3. Artwork care
We handle customer artwork with professional care. Please tell us about fragile media, previous damage, or special handling needs when you drop off a piece. We are not responsible for pre-existing condition of materials you supply.
4. Lead times and collection
Estimated completion dates are discussed at order. Finished work should be collected within a reasonable period after notice. Uncollected pieces may incur storage arrangements after written notice.
5. Website content
Content on this site is for general information. We may update services, hours, or materials without prior notice. Photographs illustrate typical work and are not a guarantee of identical results.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability for framing work is limited to the value of the commission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection rules.
